Hot off the heels of their well-received sophomore album, "The Second Coming," Atlanta-based independent pop-rock duo the American Gigolos offer up a brand-new EP titled "Southern Troubadour : The Songs of Patrick Armstrong."

The EP covers five songs from the works of Patrick Armstrong, a New Orleans-based songwriter whose work is reminiscent of the Gin Blossoms, Better Than Ezra, and Wilco. The American Gigolos have injected their unique guitar pop sensibilities and recording style into the album, resulting in a powerful and polished collection of alternative Americana.
